Visa Information

In order to get a Visa to Russia, participants of the 5th International Workshop on Heat/Mass Transfer Advances for Energy Conservation and Pollution Control need an invitation letter. To receive the letter you need to do the following steps:

  1. Download a Request Form for a letter of invitation, dully fill in.
  2. Scan the first page of your passport (page spread with your name and photo) in color. Make a PDF. Please note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia.
  3. If the country of residence does not coincide with the country of citizenship, to issue an invitation, you need PDF copy of the residence permit.
  4. Submit a Request Form together with pdf-copy of your passport to IWHT Organising Committee [protected email]
    The preparation and processing time of the letter of invitation can take up to 2 - 6 weeks since, in some cases, we have to apply your documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
    Therefore, we advise you to send your request no later than June 1, 2019.

Upon receiving a letter of invitation submit your documents to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country to obtain a Business Visa to enter to Russia.
