Submissions selected for oral or poster presentation will then require authors to provide an up to full-length manuscript (up to 6 pages).
Once an abstract has been accepted, the full-length manuscript will be requested by the due date.
The proceedings including the keynote lectures and all the papers are included on the USB drive received by all authors at registration. The Workshop Proceedings will be issued before the beginning of the event.
At the request of the authors, full-text versions of accepted papers after peer-review will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series indexed in the WoS and Scopus databases.
Service fee for the preparation of full texts for publication is not included in the Registration fee and should be paid for separately upon agreement with the author.
In addition, suitable papers will be recommended for publication in relevant Journals (Heat Transfer Engineering, Applied Thermal Engineering, Journal of Enhanced Heat Transfer, Heat Transfer Research, etc.). For the IWHT2011−IWHT 2017, about 40% of the workshop papers have been recommended for publication in the special issues of Heat Transfer Engineering, Journal of Enhanced Heat Transfer, Applied Thermal Engineering and Heat Transfer Research. Journals will accept the material from your conference paper for review by their editors.
